Opened products

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations
